Individual Development Planning (IDP) / Video Analysis

Work directly with a NextGen coach to (co-)create an Individual Development Plan ("IDP"). This plan is essential to individual development for high level players. NextGen coaches will review your match footage, identify clips that exemplify your strengths and areas for improvement, and help you to (co-)create a development plan with your own KPIs and manageable goals to strengthen your development areas and turn your strengths into more effective "super strengths".

Note: Please be prepared to share match and/or training film with NextGen staff upon request.
